Hi, I'm Sammy! And I am obsessed with helping busy, stressed out women lose weight and achieve lifelong balance and confidence without complicated workouts and without giving up their favorite foods!

I practice what I preach, but it wasn't always this way...

5 years ago, I had just moved to Los Angeles and was focused solely on my career. My job was great, but I had gained 20 pounds... Even with all of my knowledge, I still tried diet after diet but had no luck in getting lasting results. Finally, I was tired of my fitness (or lack thereof) affecting my confidence, my relationships, and my effectiveness at work and in daily life (YIKES!)... I lost 20 pounds in 3 months!

Using my tried and tested, step-by-step method, I redesigned my entire program so I could help other working women lose stubborn fat without dieting or excessive workouts!​

Work?

Step 1: Vision Mapping

Create a detailed vision of the future of your health, wellness, and fitness goals. Understand the steps necessary to be successful, and gain clarity on how to reach your optimum health and body without making dietary or social sacrifices.

Step 2: Mastering Your Mindset

Work to identify the triggers and patterns that lead to self-sabotaging behaviors -- like binge/stress/emotional eating and skipping workouts. Complete mindset exercises to explore the past and present habits that prevent you from achieving success, and deep dive with me on a 1-on-1 call to review your "homework" and prepare for the remainder of your journey.

Step 3: Finding Food Freedom

Begin breaking the division between "good" and "bad" foods, learning proper portion sizes, and implementing a "lifestyle diet". Find ways to prepare meals ahead of time (to relieve stress), and integrate mindset exercises with eating habits in order to heal your relationship with food and not feel guilty about enjoying your favorite foods.

Step 4: Workout Warrior

Working out doesn't have to mean complicating your schedule, spending hours a day working out, or killing yourself doing cardio. Implement a custom routine that works for YOU- equipment/no equipment, morning/night, weekdays/weekends, and length of workouts that fit into your already busy days. Learn to love a diverse routine that isn't boring, and will allow you to get the lean, toned body you want without bulking up.

Advance your workout routine, and continue working toward a healthy mindset and total food freedom with your lifestyle diet. At this stage, you'll have made serious strides toward overcoming your triggers and cravings, so now it's time to turn up the heat and your results!

How long does the program last?

This is a 14-week customized program built for each individual client. Clients get lifetime access to all video modules/trainings.

The Balanced Body Blueprint includes:

Do I need to have a bunch of equipment for the workouts?

No. All programs are completely customized to accommodate whatever equipment each client does (or does not) have.
